IFM, or Integrated Facility Management Services, is one of the most effective ways to bring all services under one management team and contract. The goal of integrated facilities management services is to simplify communications and make day-to-day operations easier while also delivering speedy results.
02. What is your business model?
We work in two different ways: Service Model: Budgeted for different facility management services based on headcount, with billing based on actual attendance. On the entire invoice, there is a management charge. Square Feet Model: It is based on a lump sum model that includes personnel, materials, and periodic services (tank cleaning, equipment servicing, general repairs etc). Power and water bills, as well as the cost of diesel and AMCs, are not included. The invoicing will be done on a square foot basis for the lump sum payment.
03. What are the various sizes of apartments being managed?
We now provide facility management services to residential societies (apartments and villas) ranging in size from 100 to 600 units.
04. Can you provide few referrals of your customers and arrange site visit for the same?
Yes. We can give the contact numbers of our clients with whom you can interact with and ask for feedback about our facility management services depending on the locality. We also can arrange a site visit on specified dates of interest to you.
